All information on our website is based off accumulation of research and experience. The use of crystals and other metaphysical tools should be in addition to healthcare recommendations from your medical professional.

DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS
At Magical Muses, we work diligently to ensure that the measurements and descriptions of each of our products are as accurate as can be.
However, human error does occur on occasion. We may not be held liable and will not refund any purchases based of minimal error in size (weight, height, diameter, etc.).
In addition, crystals are a natural work of Earth and no stone is exactly like another. Even stones that are carved and cut may have what some would consider imperfections. Any “abnormalities” in the cut will be disclosed in the description and considered when pricing. We will not be held liable and will not refund any purchases based on imperfections.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only offer shipping within the US.

Any purchase under $150.00 will be charged $12 shipping & fees.
Purchases over $150 will receive free shipping.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If circumstances occur that will delay the shipment within the 7 days, the customer will be notified. Shipping information and tracking will be emailed once shipped.
Each shipment will be shipped through USPS and will include insurance to cover any issues that may occur in transit. Please contact us immediately if you experience any shipping issues.
STORE PICK-UP POLICY
For local pick-up, you must be located within the Austin/Austin-Metro area.

Once your order is received, you will receive an email with further information including time and location.
Magical Muses holds the rights to cancel the order after extended time of holding for pick-up.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Magical Muses has a no refund or return policy.

TAX COLLECTING
Magical Muses is based out of Texas and will collect the local + state tax of 8.25% for any purchases.
